These Gas Cabinets are sealed air tight, in the case of a gas leak, the gas will escape out of the floor vent with the gas been heavier than air it will go straight out the floor vent.

Please be aware that most of the gas Locker on the market  wont meet the legal requirements and would not pass gas safety regs due to not having a 50mm lip at the bottom which is a legal requirement.
